Hourly synchronization jobs are now implemented to enable the visibility and management of your newly created cloud objects.
You can now specify objects to export by selecting them and then clicking Export.

The Reporting for Microsoft 365 app can now be used for the Microsoft 365 report data collection for reports and workflows in Entrust.

You can no longer add service accounts into the service account pool due to updates in AvePoint Online Services.
Team policies can now be managed by app profiles with the user_impersonation permission granted.
User and shared mailboxes are now displayed in the Mailboxes tab in Management > Exchange and resource mailboxes are now displayed in the Resources tab.
Group details report that shows the membership information of the Groups can now be exported.
You can now configure a specific time range for mailbox automatic replies.
Teams and Groups can now be created in bulk by importing a configured CSV file.
Users’ Group ownership and membership can now be managed on the User details page.
You can now edit the email address on both User details and Mailbox details page.
A tooltip is now added to the Last activity date column of mailboxes to clarify the date is when the user last read or sent an email.
The Total files card on the OneDrive storage dashboard is now available for multi-geo tenants.

You can now view the name, tenant, and type of the artifacts that have triggered a workflow in Workflow details.
More conditions are available in the Power Platform management’s object condition triggered dynamic workflows.
Connection status can now be checked by clicking the connection numbers in the Environments, Power Automate, and Power Apps reports.
Indirect access sharing links of Power BI datasets can now be managed on the Artifact details page.
The Managed Environments settings can now be managed for multiple environments in bulk.
Business context can now be filled within the email and submitted directly without navigating to another link.
You can now filter for Power Platform objects that has no response to the business context request within a certain time range.
The state of the workspaces is now displayed for Power BI artifacts.

Due to API limitations, the following Power BI related features have been disabled:

When deleting a Power BI artifact, you can now view all other artifacts referencing its data.
When copying apps and flows, a service account with the Dynamics 365 Administrator is no longer required.
You can now assign corresponding licenses to users when assigning phone numbers to them.
The phone number assignment for conference bridges can now be managed.
Service numbers cannot be used to replace caller IDs in caller ID policies due to the change in Microsoft's setting.
You can now renew your shared mailboxes, security groups, mail-enabled security groups, and distribution groups in Entrust if you have a subscription to the Microsoft 365 Management in Cloud Governance.
Emails can now be sent to the task assignees when the renewal process is restarted.
