#Configure Display Language in E-mails and Exported Reports

If the default language of the browser you are using to browse Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 is French, German, or Japanese, the display language of the Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 interface will be French, German, or Japanese. In all other cases, the display language will be English.

You can also choose the display language for e-mail notifications and the downloaded job reports and system audit reports.

Follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Settings > General.

2. Click the Language row.

3. On the Language panel, choose English, French, German, or Japanese from the Language list.

4. Click Save.
