The Data retention settings is now available on the Settings > Storage page for customers using AvePoint default storage. You can customize the retention period for backup data either globally across all organizations/environments or individually for each organization/environment. 

The following updates have been made to this guide for this release:

• Updated About AvePoint Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 section.

• Updated the Manage Your Storage section.
