Cloud Backup for SaaS Applications provides robust solutions for recovering your backup data of various applications. The in-place restore is supported for Confluence, Docusign, GitHub, monday.com, Okta, Smartsheet, Atlassian Admin, and Jira. Refer to the sections below to restore your data:
You can also choose to export the backup data of Docusign, Confluence, and GitHub. For details, refer to Export and Download Your Data.
For the data you can restore or export, refer to Supported and Unsupported Data Types.
For data that cannot be restored, comments will be added to the respective data pages in Confluence, Docusign, or GitHub to indicate the original values after the restoration job. You can visit the corresponding page to review the original data values.
