Export to PDFPolicy Enforcer allows you to configure rules for limiting users and user activities that are in Microsoft 365. This function also generates reports for the violations of each rule.
*Note: To collect user activities in Microsoft Entra, you must enable the Report Data Collection feature in the AvePoint Online Services portal. For details, refer to Enable Report Data Collection.
Click Policy Enforcer under the Management tab, and the interface of managing Policy Enforcer profiles appears. You can designate users, configure rules, and define the report schedule in a Policy Enforcer profile.
