For Auditor Report, when referring to service account, make sure you select the Use SharePoint audit logs, configured through Report Center Audit Controller option as the data collection source. If your tenant blocks access from apps that don’t use modern authentication, the Auditor Reports will have no data to show under this way. When referring to the app profile, make sure you select the Use Office 365 Management Activity API, configure through Report Data Collection in AOS interface option as the data collection source. For both service account and app profile, the View action cannot include the View Page events in app context due to API limitations.

For Accepted Domain Reports, when referring to service account, make sure you use service account authentication to call Exchange Online PowerShell for data retrieval.

For Usage Reports, when referring to app profile, make sure you select the Use SharePoint audit logs, configured through Report Center Audit Controller option as the data collection source. If your tenant blocks access from apps that don’t use modern authentication, the Usage Reports will have no data to show under this way. When referring to app profile, make sure you select the Use Office 365 Management Activity API, configure through Report Data Collection in AOS interface option as the data collection source.
