#Deploy Form Page Web Parts

In the Add to Queue interface, find the Form Page Web Part field. Select the Deploy web parts that are within form pages checkbox in this field to deploy all web parts in the pages that are in the Forms folder within the selected source node, to the destination. By default, the checkbox is deselected.

*Note: The deployment only works when the selected source node is a site collection.
