When exporting reports to a SharePoint Document library, you can choose to break the permission inheritance for the library and assign the Full Control permission level to site collection administrators and site owners. Refer to the screenshot below:
NOTE
For Report Center > Compliance Reports, when you choose this option, the Assign full control to site owners option is also available ensuring site owners retain control over the exported Compliance Reports even after the permission inheritance is severed.
