Export to PDFDocAve Auditor monitors the activities of each module across the Cloud Management, such as creating a plan, deleting a profile, running a job, and so on.
To access DocAve Auditor, in the DocAve Reports tab of Report Center, click DocAve Auditor on the ribbon.
Once you have generated a report, the Report Display pane has several configurable settings so that you can customize how to display the reports. The following settings can be configured in the Report Display pane:
Range – Time frame parameter for the report.
Frequency – Time interval the report is displayed in.
Type – Time interval the report is displayed.
Custom – Customize the date range, frequency, and type in a calendar.
Y-Axis – Set the parameter for the Y-axis.
DocAve Auditor– Activities by time per frequency.
Details – Activities per user with modular data.
Follow the steps below to export the report to the datasheet:
Click Export to Datasheet on the ribbon. The Export to Datasheet window appears.
The XLSX is the only supported report format displayed in the Report Format list.
In the Date Range field, select the start date and end date for the report time range.
In the Export Location field, you can select an existing export location from the drop-down list and click View next to the box to view the details of the selected export location profile. If you want to use a new export location, click New Export Location from the drop-down list. For details on creating a new export location profile, refer to Create and Edit Export Locations.
Select an export rule to store the report.
The default option is Create a New Report. The report will be exported and saved with a new name to the export location. If you only want to keep the latest version of the report in the export location, select the Overwrite Previous Reports option. All the exported reports will use the same name.
If you want to send an e-mail notification for this export job, you can select an e-mail notification profile from the E-mail Notification list. You can also click the New E-mail Notification in the drop-down list to create a new notification profile. For details, refer to DocAve Control Panel Reference Guide.
In the File Name field, you can keep the default name or choose to use a custom name. To customize the report file name, select the Specify a file name option and then enter a file name.
Click OK to export the report to the datasheet as you configured; click Cancel to exit this window.
