    View Request History and Download Exported Data

    Go to the ReCenter portal and click Request history on the left pane. The Request history page appears.

    Follow the instructions below to view job details:

    1. You can use the search box to search the jobs by Job ID. Additionally, you can click the Filters button to filter jobs by Object type, Job type, Status, and Date range.

    2. The Filters panel.

    3. Click the Job ID of a job to open the View Details pane. The View Details pane lists items that have been restored/exported in the job. Note that Teams Chat export jobs are not supported to view details.

    4. To download the exported data of an export job, click the Download content icon next to the export job. In the Download content panel, copy the password and click Download to save the exported data to your desired location. Then use the password to decrypt the downloaded content. Note that the exported data of a job will be available for download within 7 days.

    If you want to view additional details of a job, contact your administrator to download the job report.
