#Download Export Job Data

To download data of export jobs, click Request history on the left navigation. The Request history page appears.

Find the record of the export job that contains the data you want to download. After the job is completed, click the more actions button and click Download content from the drop-down menu. Note that the exported data of a job will be available for download within 7 days after the export job is completed.

*Note: If the file size of the exported data exceeds the maximum limit of download, the exported data will be separated into multiple files and displayed in a pop-up window. You can click Download next to each file to download it.

The exported data will be downloaded as a .zip file protected with a password. Follow the steps below to get the password.

1. Click the more actions button and click Get password from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the Copy button to copy the password to your clipboard.

   

3. Use this password to extract the downloaded .zip file.
