Once your organization has a subscription of Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, the administrator must complete the preparations before the organization’s users can access the ReCenter portal to recover backup data. For details, refer to Get Started.
NOTE
- To access the ReCenter portal, Google users must be invited into AvePoint Online Services with at least the Standard user permission to the ReCenter (for Google Workspace) portal. For more details on inviting users, refer to Add Users.
- If you want to set trusted IP addresses to only allow users to access ReCenter from certain IP addresses or IP address ranges, go to AvePoint Online Services and navigate to Administration > Security to configure the Trusted IP address settings. For details, refer to Enable Trusted IP Address Settings.
- In ReCenter, the administrators can click the Go to Cloud Backup portal button to access the Cloud Backup for the Google Workspace environment.
