    Use MyHub for Microsoft 365

    MyHub offers two distinct experiences to help you manage workspaces, tasks, and security insights efficiently:

    - [New MyHub](#missing-link) – A redesigned, intuitive interface with enhanced productivity features. - [Legacy MyHub](#missing-link) – The classic MyHub experience. - The following sections detail what MyHub experience is available to you based on your subscriptions and a list of the benefits provided by the new MyHub experience, and a quick start with the new MyHub experience.

    Access the MyHub Experience That is Available to You

    Your access to New MyHub or Legacy MyHub is dependent on your subscription type.

    - If you have a subscription for the stand-alone MyHub or a bundled subscription with AvePoint products, excluding Cloud Governance, the new MyHub experience is your default and only end user experience. - If you have a subscription for Cloud Governance integrated with MyHub, the rollout of the new MyHub experience is managed by your administrator. Depending on your administrator’s configuration, you may have access to: - New MyHub only - Legacy MyHub only - Both New MyHub and Legacy MyHub If both experiences are available, the **New MyHub** toggle is shown, allowing you to switch between the new MyHub and legacy MyHub interfaces.

    Benefits of the New MyHub Experience

    The new MyHub provides a redesigned experience with an emphasis on productivity, consolidation, and actionable insights. Below are the key improvements compared to the legacy version:

    1. Smart, Action-Oriented Dashboard:

      A personalized dashboard is now available, featuring:

      • Upcoming tasks you need to follow up on

      • Recent document activities related to you

      • A daily snapshot of what your day looks like

      • An overview of groups, teams, and sites with high risk files

    2. Unified Tasks and To-dos Management:

      • All tasks in one place: Combines Microsoft To Do, Opus tasks, Cloud Governance tasks, and future AvePoint product tasks.

      • Unified actions: You can view, filter, and act on tasks regardless of their source, while Legacy MyHub only supports Cloud Governance tasks.

    3. Centralized Spaces Page:

      • Single entry point for all spaces you own or are a member of.

      • Combines the legacy MyHub workspace report and standalone hubs functionality.

      • You can tag, organize, and take actions on spaces directly.

    4. Streamlined Process:

      • Improved renewal and service requests processes reduce the number of clicks and allow you to start requests from different places.

      • Centralized Requests page for starting requests and status tracking.

    5. Deep Product Integrations:

      • AvePoint Insights – Views and remediates high-risk content in owned spaces.

      • AvePoint Opus – Review records waiting for disposal approval.
