Download this articleRefer to the following steps to view and manage the visibility settings in Explorer for users in your organization:
Click Settings on the left navigation to access the Settings page.
Click Visibility settings for Explorer in the Administration section. The Visibility settings for Explorer page appears.
Select whether to enable the Favorites feature, OneDrive feature, and Personal mail attachments feature for users in your organization. With the Favorites feature enabled, users can add objects to the Favorites list and they can quickly access their favorite objects. With the OneDrive feature enabled, users can manage objects in their OneDrive. With the Personal mail attachments featureenabled, users can manage attachments in their Exchange Online.
Select whether to integrate with DenshoBako. With the DenshoBako integration feature enabled, users in your organization can share objects by DenshoBako.
Select whether to enable the customization of the Explorer list private view. With this feature enabled, users can customize the site collections and Team sites displayed in their Explorer list.
Configure the total size and count allowed when copying/moving/uploading documents at a time.
Click Save to save your configurations.
