    Appendix G - Table of Supported Elements

    The following table lists the supported AvePoint Portal Manager elements available for Teams App Builder and their settings.

    Some common settings are listed below and will not be included in the table:

    • Show Display Name – Select whether to show display name for the field in the form.

    • Display Name – The display name of the field.

    • Required Field – Define whether value for the field is required in the form.

    • Default Value – The default value of the field displayed in the form.

    • Allow Users to Change Values – Define whether value for the field can be changed by users.

    • Do Not Allow Duplicate Values – Select this option to avoid duplicate values in multiple records for the field.

    • Show Description – Select whether to show description for the field in the form. With this option selected, enter a description.

    Pickers and ChoicesPeople PickerScope – Limit the users that are selectable in the field. If no users are specified, all users are selectable.
    Pickers and ChoicesGroup PickerScope – Limit the groups that are selectable in the field. If no groups are specified, all groups are selectable.
    Pickers and ChoicesRadio ButtonsLayout – Choose how choices are displayed, either Horizontal or Vertical.

    OthersDate PickerSet Created Date as Default Value – The created date will be displayed in the field as the default value.

    OthersNumberPreview – This is a preview about how numbers in the field is displayed.
    OthersNumberUnit – Select a unit to be displayed with the number. By selecting Custom, you can enter a customized symbol and define whether the unit is displayed as Prefix or Suffix.
