The following tables list the supported AvePoint Portal Manager web parts and the SharePoint out-of-the-box web parts that AvePoint Portal Manager supports.

Displays the alert message that will expire soon

Displays posts from a specific Teams channel and display tweets from a specific Twitter account.

SharePoint Widgets > Quick Links

Displays the most frequently used applications and links. Default links can be configured to be displayed to all users. Each user can configure their frequently used links and add personal links. Link icons can be images stored in a specific icon location or the Fluent UI icons provided by Microsoft.

*Note: As one part of the Quick Links web part, My Links is used to store a user’s own frequently used links, and users can view the links added by themselves. To enable users to configure their own My Links, site collection administrators/owners need to break the permission inheritance of the Personalized Links list and grant users with the Contribute permission to the list in the …/Lists/Personalized%20Links/AllItems.aspx.

AvePoint Portal Manager uses SharePoint Framework 1.4.1 to support these SharePoint out-of-the-box web parts. If SharePoint Framework 1.4.1 is decommissioned by Microsoft later, these web parts will no longer be available. The web part support status varies with different data centers. For the data center which is not included in the table below, you can contact AvePoint to obtain more detailed information regarding its exclusion.
