• The Google Cloud Storage is now an available option for AvePoint hosted default storage location.

• Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS supports CAP Gateway mode for backup and restore operations across Azure VM, GCP VM instance, and Azure Storage services.

  • You can configure CAP Gateways to enable CAP Gateway mode.

  • A per-unit pricing model is available when using CAP Gateway mode with BYOS storage.

• Retention policies for Azure VM, Azure SQL Backup, and Google VM instance (in CAP Gateway mode) now support fully customizable settings, including hourly/daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly retention configurations.

• Private Preview: Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS now supports backup and restore for AWS Platform Configurations, including AWS IAM, AWS Key Management Service, AWS Lambda, AWS Route 53, AWS Systems Manager, and AWS WAF.

• Incremental backup is now supported for the Azure SQL Backup service.
