#What’s new for Azure Active Directory?

• The backup service for Azure AD now supports protecting Administrative Units and Roles and Administrators.

• The Compare feature now supports comparing two recovery points of Azure AD.

• A Summary section will be available in the Comparison report to show the number of added, deleted, modified, or unchanged users or groups.

• When restoring the groups, app registrations, or enterprise applications, the roles and administrators directly connected to these objects will be restored as well.

#What’s new for Admin Portal Settings?

• The Admin Portal Settings service is now a public preview version in Cloud Backup for Azure.

• The Admin Portal Settings service now supports more settings, such as the Microsoft 365 Defender email collaboration, Exchange, and Intune.

#General Update

• If you want to change to use your own storage from the default storage hosted by AvePoint, you can update your subscription to BYOS and go to the Cloud Backup for Azure interface to configure storage profiles to connect your own storage.

• IBM Spectrum Protect - S3 storage and the IBM Cloud Object Storage are now the available options for BYOS subscription.

• Updated the introductory message on the window for accepting the Enterprise subscription agreement.
