General Updates

  • The User and device management service is now generally available.

    • User management centralizes tasks such as password reset, enables Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users to meet security requirements, and facilitates user onboarding with proper permissions for efficient management.

    • Device management streamlines deploying and managing devices and applications, ensuring compliance with company policies, enhancing security through device configuration profiles, and providing a seamless user experience across all managed devices.

  • Permission control has been implemented for premium services, allowing you to enforce restrictions and ensure only authorized users have access to certain functionalities.

  • Elements has provided convenient back and redirect functions among premium services to help partners manage their customers efficiently.

  • Centralized app management allows you to create app profiles for customers directly in Elements. This simplifies the setup process for Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365, Policies for Microsoft 365, Insights, and Fly.

  • Impersonation name is no longer needed when you create a custom app profile for the Microsoft 365 tenant.

  • Public Preview: Administrators can configure workflows to help automate the user management processes for customers' tenants.
