#General Updates

• Elements for Partners now provides web APIs to allow you to retrieve the general information of all customers or a specific customer and retrieve the job details of all backup services or a specific service module of a customer.

• Cloud Insights has been removed from the customer operations report.

• A message is now displayed on the legacy dashboard and legacy customer directory to indicate that they will no longer be available starting in January 2023.

• Elements for Partners can now send notification emails for the following situations to the users in the Administrator group:

  • Customers have been deleted.

  • Subscription has been edited or is out of policy.

  • Customers' data will be deleted.

  • Sync jobs to ConnectWise have failed.

#What’s new in the Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 service?

• Elements for Partners now supports the Power BI module of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365.

• You can now configure the IBM Spectrum Protect - S3 or IBM Cloud Object Storage storage location for Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 customers.

• You can now view the unusual activities report for SharePoint Online on the dashboard and Next Gen Directory page to get alerted of unusual activities in SharePoint Online sites detected within Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365.

• You can now customize notifications for Stopped restore and export jobs of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 in the job notification profile.
