Release Date for the Commercial Environment: June 15, 2025

Release Date for the U.S. Government Environment: June 22, 2025

General Updates

  • Elements now supports customization of the portal logo and name for branding purposes.

  • The Command center has been optimized to provide a clearer overview of customer tenant data and key statistics across modules.

  • Functional roles can now be created to manage permissions across both the Elements platform and Microsoft 365. By managing role membership, permissions and licenses can be assigned in bulk to users within a tenant.

  • Customer's tenant users are now authorized to sign in to the Elements platform to manage their own tenant’s data for a specific module.

  • Public Preview: Elements now integrates with three marketplaces: ALSO, TD SYNNEX StreamOne Ion, and Microsoft CSP. Partners can now purchase and manage cloud licenses directly within Elements, using a centralized dashboard to track expenses, compare pricing, and optimize plans for cost savings. The license change request page simplifies license management for new user onboarding, allowing partners to view monthly usage, approve or schedule purchases, and ensure uninterrupted access.

What’s New in Baseline Management?

  • Baseline management now supports a broader range of configurations.

  • Multiple baselines can be applied to a single tenant, with ranking options to resolve configuration conflicts.

  • Configurations can now be edited directly from the tenant configurations view and deployed immediately.

  • Specific configurations and properties can now be ignored, ensuring they are excluded from configuration deployment and drift detection.

What’s New in Workspace Management?

  • Recommended views are now available to help visualize tenants from different perspectives.

  • Overview statistics for each tenant can be exported into PDF reports.

  • The Workspace Management chart in the Command center now displays the number of tenants with storage optimization discovery enabled.

  • Support has been added to create and manage Equipment mailboxes and Room mailboxes.

  • Storage optimization discovery can be enabled per tenant, with options to view storage statistics, archive or destroy objects, and restore them as needed.

  • Private Preview: DSPM (data security posture management) settings can be configured per tenant based on organization policy. Workspace classification and pending security issues are now visible per workspace.

  • Private Preview: View Security issues, Industry, Region, and Security level statistics for each tenant.

  • Private Preview: The Security issues tab is now available on the workspace details page to display all pending security issues flagged by tenant users.

What’s New in User Management?

  • An AD naming profile can now be set up for hybrid tenants to add custom attributes to local users and groups.

  • The hybrid tenant onboarding process has been optimized with direct links to create an API app, install an agent, and initialize the tenant.

  • Support has been added to create and manage Shared mailboxes, Room mailboxes, and Equipment mailboxes.

  • The license analytics dashboard is now available to help optimize license usage and reduce costs.

  • The security report dashboard is now available for risky user analysis, supporting risk mitigation and compliance enforcement.
