Elements for Partners now provides comprehensive compliance reports of customers' Microsoft 365 tenants with the following improvements:
In the Policy Monitor section on the dashboard, you can now view an overview of the number of compliant customers without policy violations and non-compliant customers with policy violations as well as the corresponding percentage.
In the Policy Monitor section on the customer detailed dashboard, you can now view the number of compliant rules/non-compliant rules/fixed violations/unfixed violations in a customer tenant, and quickly navigate to Policies for Microsoft 365 to view details and take actions with a single click.
Elements for Partners now supports the following rules of Policies for Microsoft 365: Automatic Forwarding Restriction, Bypass Spam Filtering Rule Restriction, Control Focused Inbox, Control Plus Addressing, Control Sending Emails from Aliases, Deleted Item Retention Enforcement, DKIM Signature Enforcement, Legacy Email Protocols Restriction, Message Size Restriction, Outlook External Email Tag Enforcement, Rich-Text Format Restriction, and Shared Mailbox Sign-In Restriction.
In the Risk Insights section on the customer detailed dashboard, you can view the last 7-day trends of high risk items/medium risk items/sensitive items/external users/external links in a customer tenant, view the risk insights summary, and export the detailed report.
Elements for Partners now supports the Microsoft Teams Chat module of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 to show backup status and reports.
Elements for Partners now supports displaying the backup status of Cloud Backup for Azure as well as the corresponding status of Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Storage services on the dashboard, customer directory, and customer detailed dashboard.
Elements for Partners now supports counting and displaying the backup status of Cloud Backup for Dynamics 365 on the dashboard, customer directory, and customer detailed dashboard.
Elements for Partners now supports counting and displaying the backup status of Cloud Backup for Salesforce® on the dashboard, customer directory, and customer detailed dashboard.
You can now configure job notification profiles for Cloud Backup for Google Workspace to send an email notification about finished/finished with exception/failed jobs.
