• Both the Trial and Enterprise licenses of the AvePoint Cloud Backup service do not include the license for the Exchange Online Public Folder module. If customers want to back up Exchange Online public folders via AvePoint Cloud Backup, they need to contact AvePoint Sales to purchase the license of the Exchange Online Public Folder module first.

• You can now change the tenant owner of your AvePoint Online Services for Partners platform by clicking the Change Tenant Owner button on the User Management page.
