When you invite support, you can now choose whether to create a temporary account for technical support to assist in troubleshooting. The temporary support account will be automatically created and have a limited view of your AvePoint Online Services for Partners environment. This account can access Management (not including User Management) and Auto Discovery functions in the customer's AvePoint Online Services environment. After 15 days, this account will be automatically deleted.
You can now go to the Dashboard page to view the following built-in reports:
Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 Job Status
Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 Storage Consumption
You can also pin custom reports to the Dashboard page and manage them.
