#General Updates

• You can now add the Entrust trial subscription for customers in Elements for Partners.

• You can now create an app profile of the AvePoint Elements - User Management app with lower permission requirements to manage users/groups in Elements for Partners.

• Elements for Partners now provides Web APIs to allow you to get the license details of your customers.

#What’s New in Customer Detailed Dashboard?

You can now view the non-compliant rules of a customer tenant in Elements for Partners by clicking the corresponding number link on the customer detailed dashboard.

#What’s New in Nitro?

The following features are now available when you apply templates in Nitro:

• You can now view the sensitivity definitions and exposure definitions of Insights for Microsoft that are included in the template in the Template Customization step.

• You can now view the backup scope of Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 that is included in the template and configure the number of backup jobs per day and the start time of the first backup job in the Template Customization step.

• You can now customize the settings to be applied to the target customer tenant in the Template Customization step.

• You can now make changes to a template by disabling and editing the settings and then save the changes as a new template in the Template Customization step.

• You can now view the detailed settings to be applied and rules that require additional configurations for the target customer tenant in the Review step.

#What’s New in ConnectWise Integration?

• When you edit product mappings, company mappings, and service tickets in ConnectWise integration, you can now click the save or cancel button next to each record to save the edits or cancel the edits directly.

• You can now configure product mappings in ConnectWise integration for the following services: Cloud Archiving for Storage Optimization; Cloud Archiving for Storage Optimization(BYOS); Cloud Backup for Azure AD; Collaboration Security Bundle for Microsoft 365; Collaboration Security Bundle for Microsoft 365(BYOS).
