    • AvePoint Online Services for Partners now provides a new Policy Violations report on the dashboard in the Next Gen Platform View.

    • You can now choose to view the Legacy Dashboard or the dashboard in the Next Gen Platform View in AvePoint Online Services for Partners.

    • The What's New content has been updated.

    • When inviting a new customer from the Next Gen Directory, you can now click Invite and close to invite the customer only, which allows you to edit the license later.

    • AvePoint Online Services for Partners now provides a new customer detailed dashboard to show the information of customer's licenses, storage reports, risk insights, workspace insights, and policy violations.

    • You can now view the backup status of customers on the Next Gen Directory. The Backup Status column also shows the number of failed jobs (including finished with exceptions jobs), if any.

    • AvePoint Online Services for Partners provides a new Start Services page when you start services for a customer from the Next Gen Directory.

    • You can now select whether or not to scan archive mailboxes in Auto Discovery when you start the Cloud Backup for Microsoft 365 service for customers from the Next Gen Directory.

    • AvePoint Online Services for Partners now provides a new Next Gen Directory page where you can manage your customers.

    • AvePoint Online Services for Partners now provides a Next Gen Platform View for the dashboard.

    • The number of failed backups on the dashboard in the Next Gen Platform View also includes the finished backups with exceptions.

    • The number of failed backups displayed in the Backup Status column of a customer on the Next Gen Directory also includes the finished backups with exceptions.

    • You can now choose to view the Legacy Customer Directory or Next Gen Directory in AvePoint Online Services for Partners.

    • You can now view the support tickets of a customer from the Next Gen Directory when you have the Invite Support system permission.
