General Updates

  • Report templates now support data of baseline management, workspace management, risk management, and user management. You can tailor the report content to meet your organization's needs.

  • You can now customize the Elements portal URL in Settings > Portal customizations.

  • A Mail enabled column has been added to the functional role list. Functional roles can now include room mailboxes, equipment mailboxes, and distribution groups.

What’s New in Baseline Management?

  • A built-in baseline, Default CIS Level 1 Baseline, is now available, providing a foundational set of secure configurations aligned with the Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks.

  • Multiple configurations from the Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks are now supported.

  • You can now enable auto-alignment for a tenant to automatically correct configuration deviations identified during drift detection, ensuring alignment with the deployed baseline standards.

  • You can now enable drift notification for a tenant so that designated users will be notified via email when detected deviations have not been processed after a specified number of days.

  • Baseline configurations can now continue deploying to a tenant even if some configurations encounter errors during retrieval. The tenant will remain monitored based on the deployed configuration standards.

What’s New in Workspace Management?

  • The Archive action is now available as a renewal action option in lifecycle policies.

  • Provisioning templates for Teams are now available to support creation in the GCC High environment.

  • You can now mark a distribution group as a room list when creating or editing a group.

  • The following types of storage profiles are now selectable when you enable storage optimization discovery for a tenant: Amazon S3, Amazon S3-Compatible Storage, FTP, SFTP, Google Cloud Storage, and Microsoft Azure Storage.

What’s New in User Management?

  • You can now create guest user templates to simplify guest user onboarding.

  • Distribution groups can now be marked as room lists during creation or when editing group settings.

  • A Review page has been added to the final step of the user creation process, enabling you to verify all entered information before finalization.

What’s New in Device Management?

  • Device management overview statistics are now available at the tenant level.

  • You can now view and manage apps that are managed via Intune directly in the Device management module.

What’s New in Workflows?

  • Global workflows can now be configured and applied across multiple tenants, enhancing the previous tenant-level workflow capabilities.

  • You can now define an approval process for actions such as license change requests within the Workflows module.

What’s New in Marketplace (Preview)?

  • The Subscription insights report is now available to provide a comprehensive overview of all marketplace subscription plans.
