Release Date for the Commercial Environment: April 12, 2026

Release Date for the U.S. Government Environment: April 19, 2026

  • Preview: You can now opt‑in or out of Cense benchmarking functionality via Benchmarking settings in AvePoint Online Services. The benchmarking report will become available in an upcoming release.

  • Pre-populated retail license unit costs are now available for a supported set of common Microsoft 365 licenses, providing default license pricing setups.

  • New AI license reports:

    • The AI agents tab is now available in the License report, providing insights into AI license adoption and cost information with the following charts:

      • Agents with potential pay-as-you-go activity

      • Copilot license cost

      • Users with potential pay-as-you-go cost in last 30 days

    • The Copilot license summary chart is now available on the Licenses dashboard to display the Copilot license assignment status and users with potential pay-as-you-go activities.

    NOTE

    tyGraph subscription is required to retrieve data in these charts.

  • To visualize license users and costs by user properties for clear insights, the following interactive charts are now available:

    • License report > Users tab:

      • Basic overview
      • AI license overview

    • Budget report:

      • License budget overview
