You can also select your preferred currency unit here. - Configure license budget threshold and notification. 1. **Send an** **email** **notification when the consumed budget reaches** – Enter an integer as the license budget threshold. 2. In **Email** **notification**, turn on the **Send an** **email** **notification when the consumedlicense** **budget reaches the configured threshold** option. 3. Add the email recipients. If you want all application administrators to receive the notification email, select the **Send an** **email** **notification to all applicationadministrators** checkbox. - **Display friendly date format on both product interface and exported license reports** – Select to display the dates in your license reports in the “X days ago” format instead of “dd/MM/yyyy”. - **Exclude unlicensed users from the license report** – Your organization may have users who have no licenses assigned. If you do not want to include unlicensed users in any license report, select this to include them from all license reports. - **Send an** **email** **notification when a report has been exported to the export location** – When license reports are scheduled to be exported to SharePoint libraries, you can turn on the toggle and add email recipients. 3. Click Save to save your configurations.
