#Job Monitor

In Job monitor, you can monitor AvePoint Cense jobs such as the export of reports, license information retrieval jobs, and the authentication validation process. You can view the time and status of each job in the report.

You can search for specific jobs in the job monitor by the Name of the job.

If you find that the status of a job is Failed or Finished with exception, refer to the information in the Details column for troubleshooting and then hover your mouse over the job and click the Rerun () button to Rerun the job.

You can also generate a job report to view the job details. To generate the job report, complete the following steps:

1. Hover your mouse over the job and then click the Generate () button.

2. After the job is finished, click the Download () button to download the generated job report.

To stop a running job, hover your mouse over the job and click the Stop () button to stop the job.

To download the ad-hoc license report generated, hover your mouse over the job and click the Download exported report () button. For details on ad-hoc report export, refer to Export License Report.

*Note: AvePoint Cense keeps system daily job records for one month and export report job records for three months.
