Microsoft Foundry report provides a page where you can track your Azure subscription and agent costs against the configured budget. This information helps you analyze spending in detail and identify cost drivers for optimization.
- To access the Microsoft Foundry report page, users need to have the Access Microsoft Foundry report permission assigned in User management > Permissions.
- To manage subscription budgets and related agent budgets, make sure the Cense Microsoft Foundry app is added to the subscription in the Azure portal and has the required roles assigned. For more details, refer to Assign Required Roles to AvePoint Cense Foundry App.
In the left navigation, click Microsoft Foundry report to open the page where subscription costs are grouped and listed under each tenant.
Check Subscription Costs and Budgets
For each subscription, apart from subscription name and ID, you can check:

Subscription budget of a year - The yearly budget configured in the Microsoft Foundry budget module.

Total subscription costs - The total Azure cost of your agents, infrastructure, and other resources in the currently selected year. You can change the yearly cost to display by using the Year filter.

Remaining subscription budget - The remaining subscription budget of the year.

Usage - The used percentage of the yearly budget.

Total estimated agent cost - The cost generated by agents for the selected year, calculated based on agent token usage only. Costs from other Azure resources are not included.
You can click the cost to view the detailed cost of each agent. For more details, refer to Check Agent Costs and Budgets.

Other resources' cost - The costs from non‑model Azure resources required to run Foundry agents, including supporting infrastructure and integrations. Model token costs are not included.
Check Agent Costs and Budgets
To view the detailed cost list and budget usage for all agents under a subscription, click the number in the Total estimated agent cost column. You will be taken to the agent cost details page, where the following information is displayed:

Agent name - Displays the agent name. Click to go to the detailed agent page in your tenant.

Agent model - The model used by the agent.

Total agent token - The number of token used by the agent.

Total agent budget - The agent budget configured in in the Microsoft Foundry budget module.

Estimated agent cost - The total estimated cost generated by agents for the selected year, calculated based on agent token usage only. Costs from other Azure resources are not included.

Remaining agent budget - The remaining agent budget of the selected month.

Usage - The used percentage of the budget.
