#License Unit Cost and License Budget

In AvePoint Cense, the application administrator can set license unit cost and license budget. When the application administrator has set the license unit cost and license budget in Billing > License unit cost/License budget, users can monitor the license consumption and cost via charts and reports and keep license expenses within the license budget. Follow the instructions below to set the license unit cost and license budget.

*Note: The currency unit used for the License unit cost and License budget pages is mapped with your Data Center configured in AvePoint Online Services by default. You can also configure your preferred currency unit on the General Settings page. See General.
