To ensure the availability of MyBiz, you need to get an AvePoint Online Services account with an active MyBiz subscription and then complete the initial setup.

Refer to Sign Up for AvePoint Online Services to sign up for AvePoint Online Services.

Contact your sales representative for an active subscription.
NOTE
If your tenant has an enterprise subscription for MyBiz, the Tenant Owner and Service Administrators can download a list of reserved IP addresses from AvePoint Online Services and add the reserved IP addresses to your environment firewall to ensure AvePoint Online Services and MyBiz can operate in your environment.
