Download this articleThe MyBiz End user portal, MyBiz Teams app, and MyBiz Salesforce app provide identical features except for the Notify feature, which is only available in the MyBiz Teams app. The Notify feature allow users to send a Teams notification to specified users after sharing private books/sheets with them. You can choose to use MyBiz End user portal or MyBiz Teams app based on your needs.
In the MyBiz End user portal, MyBiz Teams app, and MyBiz Salesforce app, you can perform the following actions:
Books – Create and manage your Salesforce data via books, such as importing Salesforce view to books, creating related sheets, and exporting sheets.
Sales (Only available for MyBiz End user portal and MyBiz Teams app) – Customize metrics to view the trends of opportunities and configure notifications to track updates on key opportunities via Sales.
