General Updates

  • AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce® now supports the German language in the new experience.

  • The new experience is now set as the default interface.

  • When there is no template under an organization on the Sandbox Seeding page in the new experience, a Create a template link is now provided to allow you to create a template for the organization.

  • The following user activities can now be reported in the system auditor of the new experience:

    • Configure storage location

    • Configure storage location on Backup page

    • Download subscription consumption report

    • Sign out

    • Update notification profile

    • View API usage report

    • View added details

    • View backup details of organization

    • View changed details

    • View deleted details

    • View subscription consumption report

What’s New in Settings?

  • The administrators of organizations with the Bring your own storage subscription can now configure the storage information on the Startup wizard page in the new experience when they first sign in to AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce®.

  • In Advanced > Organization management settings of the new experience, you can now click the link to directly go to AvePoint Online Service App Management to create app profiles for organizations that you want to manage in AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce®.

What’s New in Backup and Restore?

  • AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce® now supports the backup and restore of the ApprovalProcess metadata.

  • You can now click the More actions button of an organization tile on the Backup page in the new experience and click View details to view the backup details of the organization.

  • The backup size is now displayed when you view the organization’s backup details and view the backup job details in the job monitor of the new experience.

  • You can now search for specific objects to view their details in a backup job on the Job details page of the new experience.

  • You can now search for records by record ID when you define the scope for the restore fields jobs in the new experience.
