• Cloud Backup for Salesforce® now supports global full-text search. You can enter your keywords to run a global full-text search of your backup records via the Discover feature. Note that the results of the discover job will only be available for 30 days.

• Cloud Backup for Salesforce® offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

• By default, only failed records are included in the detailed job report for restore jobs. If you need to view successful and skipped records, please contact AvePoint support for assistance.
