#AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce® January 2021

• Users can now restore records by importing CSV files. Both in place restore and out of place restore are supported.

• Users can now define the conflict resolutions for parent object records and child object records when restoring records using AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce®.

• At most, four scheduled backup jobs can now be run within 24 hours per each organization, regardless of which license type the organization purchases. By default, four scheduled backup jobs will run for new organizations.

• Users can now select to generate the record ID history in the job report when restoring records to the original organization using AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce®.

• AvePoint Cloud Backup for Salesforce® can now run scheduled jobs to export backup data to CSV files. The Administrators can configure the export settings including data scope, schedule, storage location, etc.

• Users can view the scheduled export jobs and download the exported CSV files on the History tab.

• Users can now choose to deactivate all triggers, flows, workflow rules, processes, and validation rules during the Restore Records, Restore Records by Importing CSV File, Restore Objects, and Restore Organization jobs.
