Use ReCenter for Microsoft 365
You can access the ReCenter portal via the following methods:
- After your administrator added a custom tile of the ReCenter portal to the app launcher, you can follow the steps below to access the ReCenter portal:
1. Sign in to Microsoft 365, click the App launcher button on the upper-left corner of the page, and click **All apps**.
2. Find the app in the apps list. Since your administrator can define the app name, you can contact the administrator if you are unsure of the app name.
3. Click the app to access the portal.
- Sign in to the AvePoint Online Services environment with your Microsoft 365 account, select the **All** **services** view on the **Home** page, and then click **ReCenter** to access the portal. If you have added ReCenter to your favorite apps, you can also select the **My** **favorite** **services** view to access the ReCenter portal.
*Note: If the information of your Microsoft 365 account has been updated after you sign in to ReCenter, to synchronize with the updated information, ReCenter can display a page for you to sign out and clear your previous information. Then, the updated information will be synchronized to ReCenter when you sign in with the Microsoft 365 account.
