#Set Storage Quota of a Site Collection

The Storage Quota feature allows you to set the storage quota of each site collection.

You can manually set the storage quota of each site collection only when the storage management option of your tenant is set to Manual. You can find the storage management option of your tenant by going to SharePoint Online admin center > Settings > Site storage limits.

To set a storage quota for a site collection, complete the following steps:

1. Select the desired site collection.

2. Click Management > Storage Quota. The Storage Quota page appears.

3. Enter a maximum storage value in GB for the current site collection.

4. Enable notification and then set a warning threshold, so that the site collection administrators will get notified when the storage reaches the particular threshold.

5. Click OK on the lower-right section of the page.
