Cloud Backup for Google Workspace March 2022

    Release Date: March 6, 2022

    - If your organization's license for the Cloud Backup for Google Workspace service has expired, both Cloud Backup for Google Workspace and ReCenter environments will be unavailable for your organization, and a message will pop-up prompting the administrator to contact AvePoint Support Team to renew the license or activate your organization's tenant. - In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace > **Self-service Settings** > **Access Settings**, the user information in the table can now be daily auto-synced with the users in your AvePoint Online Services tenant. - With the Trial license, the **Protection** page in Cloud Backup for Google Workspace can now list all containers. On the **Protection** page, you can now configure the protected scope within the limit of the Trial license that the top five users and top five shared drives listed alphabetically in the selected containers will be protected from the next backup. - For the files or folders in **Shared with Me**, you can now restore the shared objects when they have been backed up by the owner and restore multiple objects in batch when they belong to the same owner. When you search folders or files in **Shared with Me**, you must configure the **Owner** condition but no longer need to configure the **File Size** condition. - In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, if you perform a **Full Account** restore including the Drive backup data, you no longer need to choose whether to restore data in **Shared with me** as the shared objects can only be restored when they belong to the same owner.
