Cloud Backup for Google Workspace January 2023

    Release Date: January 8, 2023

    - In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace > **Report**, you can now view the **Google Workspace Unusual Activities Analysis** report which shows the unusual activities detected in your Drives and Shared Drives backup data. This report requires the Drives / Shared Drives to have at least 12 days of incremental backups with changes. On the dashboard, there is an overview of the unusual activities tracked over the last 30 days. On the **Details** page, you can click **Restore** to directly recover Drives / Shared Drives to a safe state. - Cloud Backup for Google Workspace now supports backup and restore labels on files in Drives and Shared Drives. When searching for files from Drive / Shared Drive backup data to restore, you can now configure the **Label Name** criterion. - When you click the Submit Feedback button on the top bar, you can now be redirected to the **Submit Feedback** page in AvePoint Online Services. - When you search for backup data to be restored, the search results table now displays up to ten items on one page, and the previous/next ten items will be shown once you click the previous/next button at bottom of the search results table. This update improves the performance of search. - For restoring files in Drives or Shared Drives, the **Restore content only** option now is the default restore option, which includes not restoring any labels on files. - In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace, you can now configure the backup settings to control whether to back up labels on files in Drives and Shared Drives. If you want to enable this setting, navigate to **Settings** > **General Settings** > **Backup Settings**, and select the **Back up** **labels on files** option.
