#Cloud Backup for Google Workspace June 2023

• Cloud Backup for Google Workspace now offers the Account Management feature to define security groups for managing standard users' permissions. In Settings > Account Management, Administrators can configure security groups with different permission scopes assigned, and then add standard users to security groups. Standard users added to a security group will be granted permissions of the security group, and they can restore/export objects contained in the security group.

• To help your organization comply with GDPR, Cloud Backup for Google Workspace now offers the Data Subject Access Requests feature to provide data deletion at the service level. You can navigate to Data Management > Data Subject Access Requests, click Discover & Delete to search users and delete data, or click View the Right-to-be-Forgotten Requests to view deletion jobs in response to the requests.
