- In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace > **General Settings** > **Backup Settings**, you can now configure the **Exclude special file types** setting to select file types that will be excluded from the backup scope of Drive and Shared Drive. With this settings configured, the performance of backup jobs may be improved.
- In Cloud Backup for Google Workspace > **General Settings** > **Retention Policy Settings**, you can now configure the **Use a custom retention policy for each service** setting.
- You can now access Cloud Backup for Google Workspace by clicking the address of the environment, without signing in to AvePoint Online Services.
- The permission management for ReCenter has been updated. Tenant Owners and administrators can now go to AvePoint Online Services > **User Management** to grant the **ReCenter** **(for Google Workspace)** permission to Google users and groups. To access the **ReCenter** portal, users can now sign in to AvePoint Online Services, and click the **ReCenter** tile on the **Home** page.
