- Cloud Backup for Google Workspace now offers support for custom app profiles, allowing for more flexible protection of your environment. Please reach out to your AvePoint representative if you would like more information regarding setting up your profile.
- Admins can now choose to disable the data deletion features (including **Data Subject Access Requests** and **Manually Delete Backup Data**) in their backup environments. If you wish to disable these features, please reach out to your AvePoint representative.
- The exported job reports now contain the **Error Code** column. The **Error Code** column displays the error codes related to the failed jobs. You can click the link in the **Error Code** column to open the user guide for troubleshooting.
- You can now configure multi-geo storage locations for your backup data. These settings can be customized at the container level to better fit your data requirements.
- The interfaces in **Account Management** have been improved to mark the following fields as mandatory: **Security Group Name**, **Invite Users/Groups**, **Grant Permissions**, **Select Permission Scope**, and **Permission Scope**.
- If your organization’s subscription for Cloud Backup for Google Workspace has been changed from **AvePoint default storage** to **Bring your own storage** (BYOS) but no storage location has been configured in your backup environment, the email notification will be sent to your organization.
