On the User management > Users page, navigate to the Deleted users tab to view deleted users whose restore deadline has not passed yet. There is a dedicated Restore deadline column to display the restore deadline of each deleted user.
To restore a user, locate the target user and click the username to open the Personal information page. Click Restore user and click OK in the pop-up confirmation window.
NOTE
Once the restore deadline is passed, the user account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
