この記事をダウンロードOn the Baselines page, there is a Versions column to display the number of baseline versions. Clicking the number link will redirect you to the Version history page where you can find all versions of that baseline and manage baseline versions.
A baseline can have only one Draft version but multiple Published versions. Only a published version can be applied to tenant.
Note that a lock icon appears next to published versions indicating that published versions are non-editable and cannot be deleted.
When there is no draft baseline version, the Create version button will be available in the upper-right corner of the page, allowing you to create a new version.
Click Create version, make updates to the baseline configurations according to your requirements, and click Save changes. In the Save changes window, the number of added configurations, changed configurations, and removed configurations are displayed, and you can expand a section to view details. Click Save draft to create a draft version for future refinement or click Save and publish to save the publish the version immediately. You can add comments for the baseline version if needed.
To view the details of a version, click the version number to open the Version details page. Here, you can review its general information, configurations, settings, and a record of operations performed on that version.
Select the version in the Draft status, and click Delete. Click OK in the pop-up confirmation message.
Select the version in the Draft status, and click Publish. Click OK in the pop-up confirmation message.
To compare a version with another version, select the version, click Compare with another version, select the version to compare with, and click Next. The Compare with another version page appears to display comparison details.
To apply a published version to a tenant, select the version in the Published status and click Apply to tenant. If the selected published version is not the latest, a confirmation message will appear, and you can choose to cancel or proceed. In the pop-up window, tenants displayed on the Tenants page are selectable. Select a tenant and click Apply.
To retire a published version, select the version in the Published status and click Retire. Click OK in the pop-up confirmation message. Note that the latest published version cannot be retired.
To export versions, click Export above the version table. Choose to export the visible columns or all columns, select a file format (.xlsx or .csv), and then click Export. A process will start to export the report. Navigate to Process center to view the process and download the report.
