この記事をダウンロードBecause File System does not support a managed metadata column type, term properties cannot be stored directly in File System. When you classify documents using terms, the associated term property is saved only in the Opus database. As a result, managing File System content with terms requires a synchronization process that synchronizes content from File System to Opus. During this sync, Opus applies the configured term settings to the content, and rules associated with those terms are then applied accordingly.
Select a tree node and click Sync content for search to immediately run a Content synchronization for search job.
After the synchronization, a unique ID will be generated for each synchronized folder/file. You can search for the File System content on the Search page, and take certain actions on the search results.
