#SharePoint Online/OneDrive

The archived sites report provides an overview of all archived site collections. This report is automatically generated and updated upon the completion of a dashboard synchronization job. Details include:

• Site collection URL

• External archived data size (GB) - Volume of data stored in external archival storages.

• Destroyed data size (GB) - Volume of data deleted from SharePoint Online & OneDrive.

• Microsoft in-place archived data size (GB) - Volume of data archived using the Microsoft 365 in-place archiving feature.

To export archived site collections, click Export sites. In the Export sites window, choose to export all archived site collections or configure a time range to export site collections archived within that time range, and then click Export. An Export report job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.

To export the archived documents, items or sites within one or multiple archived site collections, select the site collections, and click Export archived objects. In the Export archived objects window, select an object level, and choose to export all objects or configure a time range to export the objects archived within that time range, and click Export. An Export report job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.

#Teams & Groups

The archived sites report provides an overview of all archived Teams/Groups. This report is automatically generated and updated upon the completion of a dashboard synchronization job. Details include:

• Team/Group email address

• Total archived data size ‒ The total size (GB) of the archived data.

• Archived Teams & Groups data size ‒ The size (GB) of the data archived specifically for Teams & Groups, excluding any content stored in the connected SharePoint site.

To export the report, click Export. In the Export window, choose to export all archived Teams/Groups or configure a time range to export Teams/Groups archived within that time range, and then click Export. An Export report job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.

#Google Drive

The archived sites report provides an overview of all archived drives. Details include drive name, archived data size (GB), and optimized data size (GB) - volume of data deleted from drive. This report is automatically generated and updated upon the completion of a dashboard synchronization job.

To export archived drives, click Export. In the Export window, choose to export all archived drives or configure a time range to export drives archived within that time range, and then click Export. An Export report job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.

To export the archived documents of specific drives, select the drives, and click Export archived objects. In the Export archived objects window, choose to export all objects or configure a time range to export the documents archived within that time range, and click Export. An Export report job will start, and you can navigate to Job monitor to view the job details. A download process will start in Download center. When the download process is completed, you can download the file by clicking Download.
