If the term applied to a document is correct, you can approve the classification. Select the records that you want to approve, click Approve, and then click OK in the confirmation message.
If the term applied to a document is wrong, you can reclassify the document using a new term. Select the records that you want to reclassify, and then click Reclassify. On the Reclassify window, select a new term from the tree, and then click Save to save the configuration.
If a task is out of your duty, complete the following steps to reassign it to other reviewers for review:
Select the records that you want to reassign.
Click Reassign.
Reassign to the following users or groups – Enter the names of users or groups (supported group type: Microsoft 365 Group, mail-enabled security group, security group, distribution group, and Google group) as record reviewers to whom the record will be reassigned.
Send an email notification with the following comment – Enter a comment. The comment will be sent to the new reviewers in the email notification.
Click Save to save the configurations.
