Download this articleViolation report displays all detected violations. You can click Refresh any time to refresh the information on this page.
To quickly locate violations, click Filters, set filter conditions, and click Apply to activate the filters. Alternatively, you can search for a specific violation by entering the violation ID in the Search text box and pressing Enter on your keyboard.
In the violations table, each record represents a workspace with detected violations of a policy. Hover your mouse over a record’s violation details to check the full violation detected. Or click the details to access the Violation details page.
When there are multiple violations detected in a workspace, all out-of-policy objects will be listed in the Object section, categorized into Pending action and Action taken tabs.
On the Violation details page, you can perform the following actions:
Fix violation – Directly fix the detected violations or fix them via an approval process.
Add the entire workspace to the allow list – Exclude the workspace from the policy’s monitoring scope and stop reporting its violations.
Add certain out-of-policy objects to the allow list – Exclude certain objects in this workspace from the policy’s monitoring scope and stop reporting their violations.
